Shasta Smudge

Shasta sage or blue sage (Artemisia tridentata) comes from the Mount Shasta region of northern California. It is said to have strong yin energy and is therefore ideal for preparing for a meditation or healing ceremony. Mount Shasta is known as one of the seven sacred mountains of this world. Therefore, Shasta sage smudges are very special. A Shasta sage smudge is therefore very popular for purifying someone's aura or energetically cleansing rooms.

How to use
Light the top of the smudge stick by stirring the air until the flame goes out and let it smoke. Perform the smudging ceremony in the manner that is familiar to you. For example, moving the smudge stick up and down along the auric body, or walking counter-clockwise across the room you wish to energetically cleanse. Ventilate well.

At the end of the session or ceremony, you can turn off the smudge again (make sure it is turned off) and keep it for future use.
