The Meinl Tingsha is faithful to the classic Tibetan cymbal. This instrument consists of two metal plates located at each end of a string. To play the bell sound, just lightly clap the cymbals.
The peculiarity of this instrument is the interval between the two cymbals. This interval is one octave higher than the alpha state of our brain. When you hear the sounds that each cymbal shares through their harmonics and listen to the jump between the two, it is easier to enter into meditation. Tingshas will also be used to release blockages in a person's vibrational field as well as in an environment.
